—Hardware for Female
[ OBJECTIVE ]
Observe and identify a specific problem, and create engaging and relevant solutions to this problem through the design process. The final deliverables include a variety of media which work together as a cohesive system.
[ CONCEPTS ]
Even though the hardware industry is predominantly male, there are lots of women interested in hands-on activities. However, they lack basic hardware knowledge, and they even don’t know how to do home repairs on their own. Therefore, Herware aims to encourage women to learn the basics of tools and repairing things, and boost the female hardware industry by providing a general guidebook and website.
